The NHS Wales Informatics Service (NWIS) Service Desk is a large IT service desk which provides support to many NHS Healthcare providers in Wales
The NWIS Service Desk is the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests for our supported customers.
If you are a health board user, please contact your Local IT Service Desk.
If you are a GP practice, please contact the Primary Care Service Desk: email@example.com
An incident is defined as anything that causes disruption to how a service usually operates.
Examples of this would include computer hardware or software application not working correctly.
A service request is defined as a request for something to be provided.
Examples of this would include a password reset, a new user account or request for some information.
