We went to speak with Dr Gautam Das at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Merthyr-Tydfil recently who was eager to tell us how helpful he has found the Diabetes Consultation Note, a feature of our system, the Welsh Clinical Portal. Dr. Das said the feature has been a “game-changer” and has streamlined appointments, reduced clinic waiting times and brings a patient’s notes together in one place.
