Mis-directed shielding letters – we apologise

On 24 March COVID-19 generic shielding letters were issued to 86,000 Welsh patients, classified as vulnerable.  Due to a processing error, a number of those letters were posted to a previous address. The letters did not contain any personal medical information.

Guidance for staff using VPN

VPN is a Virtual Private Network which allows you to use local internet to create a secure connection to the NHS Wales corporate network from remote sites. In NHS Wales we use Cisco AnyConnect to allow users to connect and work securely from remote locations.
