Complaints

 

DHCW regards a complaint to be any expression of dissatisfaction about:

  • an action
  • a lack of action
  • the standard of service provided by us
  • the standard of service provided on our behalf

Informal complains will aim to be resolved at the earliest opportunity. You will receive acknowledgement of your complaint within 2 working days. Read our handling concerns and complaints policy for more information.

Welsh Language

We welcome contact in Welsh and English. Concerns or complaints made in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than those made in English. View our Welsh Language Scheme.
